We want to thank you so very much for your kindness and patience as we work through our response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are open and are eager to see each of you. Barbara and I are doing restorative dental work and Lisa is at the front desk. We have kept mom home to keep her safe.
We have re-opened hygiene slowly to make sure we are keeping everyone safe. We've had Jessica working and Pam will join us later. We know some people are very ready to have their teeth cleaned, while others are not comfortable with coming into the office yet due to their own circumstances - and we understand both situations.
As you can imagine, our hygiene schedule is overwhelmed due to the number of cleanings we had to cancel from March until September. I realize that we will have a back-log that could take some time to work through. If you are having any dental problems, please, please call. I am seeing current patients for other dental needs and can take care of them in a timely manner.
If you feel you need to have your cleaning done at another office, we certainly understand. If you are able to wait for us, please use your water pik, electric toothbrush and floss. Make us proud and take care of yourself.
Thank you all for your help, patience, and understanding during this time.
During this time, we ask that all patients or their immediate families who have had a known exposure to the Coronavirus or who demonstrate symptoms including fever, cough, or shortness of breath please contact the office to reschedule your appointment. Studies are currently being conducted to determine the period of time patients are contagious from point of exposure through a point past the disappearance of clinical symptoms, but this timeframe is still not fully known at this time. Until this period is known, we recommend a full 14 days elapse after known exposure or cessation of clinical flu-like symptoms before you return to the office for any non-urgent care. This corresponds with the current recommended quarantine time after known exposure to Coronavirus.
Our goal is to make our office one of the cleanest, safest places you can visit so as to continue to provide excellent care for our patients.
Our mission is to provide you with personalized, high-quality care. We are a team dedicated to improving and maintaining your oral health. Whether you need preventative care or cosmetic dentistry, you will love your teeth.
We offer broad array of services. Our team has the professional experience to realize that there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all treatment, so we never use a one-size-fits-all approach to your dental plan.
We provide quality and personalized oral health care while keeping your individuality in mind. Our goal is to improve and maintain your oral health so you can smile with confidence.
Dr. David Hall, Jr. is a general dentist who graduated from UNC Dental School in 1996. "My father was an architectural illustrator, so I grew up seeing and understanding both function and beauty in nature and in buildings. When I graduated dental school, my first passion was in beauty. I took courses in cosmetics in New York where I was able to learn from some of the nation’s best in smile design.
As my practice developed and my experience grew, I realized that function and the hinge from which our mouth swings needed more education. With this in mind, I’ve studied in Florida with Pete Dawson to learn more about function.
My passion now is to blend what I’ve learned into the ability to diagnose and think long-term about what is in the patient’s best interest. It’s easy to cut down teeth for veneers and improve beauty quickly, but if the function is not studied, then the length of time or the function of those teeth may be in jeopardy long term. Dentistry today is amazing and exciting, but patients have to understand the consequences for what they are investing in.
My office is geared towards education of our patients so that they understand what good dentistry is before work is done. We want patients to have the beauty and function of their teeth for a lifetime. We want patients to value their good health."
